Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Celindor, provided by Celindor AB, a company registered in Sweden (“Celindor”, “we”, “us”). By using Celindor you agree to these terms. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

The service

Celindor is a personal AI agent with memory, available on iPhone, Android, Mac and the web and, where offered, as software you can self-host. Features are under active development and may change.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these terms to use Celindor.

Your content

The messages, documents, recordings and connected accounts you give the agent remain yours. You give us the right to store and process them only as far as is needed to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. The memory Celindor builds from your content is part of your content: you can export it and delete it.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use Celindor for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, abuse or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Don’t give the agent content you don’t have the right to share.
• You are responsible for the content you provide to the agent and for how you use its output.

Third-party models and services

Celindor works with AI models and services you choose to connect, such as a model provider, a mailbox or a calendar. Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You can disconnect them at any time.

AI output

AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review output before relying on it, especially for important decisions. When the agent acts on your behalf, for example by adding a calendar event, it does so on your instruction and you are responsible for the result.

Support access

Our staff do not read your conversations. If you want help with a problem that needs it, you can grant support access from the app for a limited time, and every read is logged where you can see it. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

Termination

You can stop using Celindor and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Celindor is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Celindor AB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
